I did find the (Copy 1) printer in the Admin profile which I was able to remove successfully. Why doesn't either of these show up under the control panel under devices or Printers and Faxes? I have logged in under all profiles to try to see if it was a profile issue. The other issue is the real reason for the post.

If you want to change other properties, you can click 'Properties' in the same context menu. You can perform your operation as you need. There should be a rename and delete context menu for each printer. Select the printer you want to rename or delete, right click on it. DO NOT print in the print dialog.
